Warn the Town, Tyson Chandler Has Arrived
11.5 points per game, 12 rebounds per game, that’s what he’s putting up this season. Did I mention he’s shooting 60.4%? Well, let me tell you something, I picked this guy up in my fantasy league off the free agent market (talk about talent scout). On Friday, Tyson put up monster, Dwight Howard-like numbers. He dropped 22 points and 22 rebounds in a winning effort against the Golden State Warriors in Oakland. 9-11 shooting, not bad. I just don’t understand why he can’t put up 20+ points per game. At 7-1, 235 lbs, this guy should be dominating. Since coming straight out of high school in 2001, everyone thought that Eddie Curry was the better prospect. As you can see, the Knicks have Curry and are going nowhere while the Hornets have Chandler and are tied for the third best record in the West. Sure they Chris Paul, but that’s a blog for another day. Enough said.
