Now These Guys Are The REAL Celtics

The Birds, the Parishes, the McHales. When you hear those names, you think Celtics. Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett? Sorry, haven’t paid their dues yet. Paul Pierce, I don’t have beef with. He’s a lifer, been there since the days of Antoine Walker. But these rent-a-athletes are a disgrace to the Celtics’ legacy. They know who I’m talking about: Sam Cassell, P.J. Brown, James Posey and Eddie House. Look, I’m a big KG fan, and there’s nothing I would love to see more than the big ticket win the big one but at the cost of his cronies sipping champagne alongside him? NO WAY. Fortunately, there’s no bling guarantee, or as I like to call it, "blarantee" (patent pending). Sure it worked for Gary Payton, Glen Rice and Mitch Richmond. But look what happened to the Mailman Karl Malone, even the Round Mound of Rebound Charles Barkley; and those guys are hall-of-famers. Until the rules committee addresses this issue, I will be forced to support the Los Angeles Lakers.
