Anderson Varejao: Are You Kidding Me?

It seems that Anderson Varejao of the Cleveland Cavaliers wants  a lot of money.  He thinks his 6.8 ppg and 6.7 rbds are not worth the 5 year $32 million dollar contract extension that Danny Ferry and the Cavs have offered him.  You know what I think, this bum isn’t worth half of that.  Any NBA player can pulls down those numbers in the minutes Varejao receives,  23 per game.  I’m sick of “clubhouse” guys thinking they’re worth more than they are.  I know, he has heart and passion and blah blah blah.  But he has no skill.  I’m not a stat boy, from the few games that I’ve seen him play, most of his points came of garbage buckets and dunks. I’ve never seen this guy make a post move, or any NBA move for that matter.  I just love how he puts a spin on his greediness by saying “”I just want to be treated fairly and I don’t think Danny’s done that.” Well Anderson, where were you before your “breakthrough” year last year, I know you were averaging 5 ppg and 5 rbds.  I hope Cleveland can see it’s mistake before it’s too late, how else would they replace those #s (try suiting up Danny Ferry).
